Li'l Miyako

I'm really tired of seeing my ID twice on my page XD;; And since I have nothing of worth to submit yet, here's a Miyako (Bubbles) chibi, based on the design from the anime. Which sucks, but the character designs are still cute. Anyways, I'll scrap this later when I have something better to post.
